An Interactive Study Series

The foundation library

Six interactive studies. The conceptual scaffolding for everything you'll do in REWIRED. Each one is designed to be explored at your own pace — clicked through, sat with, returned to. This is not content to consume. It's a thinking tool to inhabit.

How to use this library
Don't rush. Don't skim. Inhabit.
Each study is designed to be opened, explored, and returned to. Click each section, read carefully, sit with what you see. The man who races through these to "complete" them gets nothing. The man who lets each one land — who notices himself in the descriptions, who allows the discomfort — gets the entire program before the program even begins. Start with the first study and move in order. You can return to any of these at any time.
The Studies

Six maps of the territory

The recommended pathway

The studies are designed to build on each other. You can read them in any order, but the below sequence builds the strongest foundation for the work that follows.

Start with the Architecture of Identity Change
The foundational map. Everything else fits inside this frame. Read first, return to often.
Move to the Two Cycles
Diagnose which one you're running. This is the moment of recognition that makes the work necessary.
Open the Somatic vs Cognitive Self
Understand why pure cognitive work has been failing you. The body needs to enter the conversation.
Descend through the Five Layers of Self-Sabotage
From surface vices to the original conclusion. The depth chart of why you do what you do.
Study the Architecture of Self-Concept
Now you have the depth language. The four-layer model gives you the leverage points.
Close with Where the Body Stores the Self
The final piece. The five somatic systems that have to be reached — and the work that reaches them.
REWIRED
Maps don't move you.
But you can't move without one.
